Discovering the secrets of a vegetable garden

Vamvakou Revival and Organization EARTH invite children to become little farmers and discover all the secrets of a vegetable garden! The workshop aims to make children understand the journey of food from the fields to our plates (farm-to-table) and to draw connections between environmental protection and growing and eating healthy, local, seasonal food. The young farmers will learn how to use handy tools and how to plant and care for vegetables and herbs in the Vamvakou School garden.
