On the occasion of International Women’s Day, we learn, through play, about the major achievements of women who have significantly contributed to the fields of natural science, technology, engineering and mathematics, from ancient times to date. We will be building models of DNA molecular structures and finding out more about Rosalind Franklin, the chemist who discovered them. This workshop breaks stereotypes and highlights the need to recognize women’s contribution to science and research.
