We get to know our body, exercise and relax by nature. Children and grown-ups have the chance to exercise in Vamvakou. The adult participants will do their practice at the school yard, while the little ones will take part in a program designed especially for them, with many games. The practice includes:
30’ CARDIO FIT (training aiming at weight loss, enhanced oxygen intake and cardiorespiratory endurance)
15΄ break
30’ PILATES MAT (ground exercises aiming at strengthening, better posture, flexibility and toning of the musculoskeletal system)
