Meditation is a practice that helps us discover our way to calmness, focus on the “here and now” and achieve emotional balance. On February’s first Saturday, breathing exercises, guided visualizations and moments of serenity will make young and old alike decompress, create moments of relaxation and calmness and discover the power of existing in the present tense.
