October. The walnut month for the village of Vamvakou. So, what would you say for unique activities with the mountain and nature as our final destination?
On Sunday October, 11, we will meet on the village square, rent one of the power-assisted electric bikes of HAIBIKE and head towards the walnut trees situated a few miles away from the village. There, we will attend the harvesting process, participate in it and learn everything about this… treasure of the area.
The Trails of Vamvakou were made possible as part of the Vamvakou Revival project, thanks to an exclusive grant by Stavros Niarchos Foundation (SNF).
